Job Description:
Tube Assembly Manufacturing Technicians work in a cleanroom environment and perform advanced production activities working closely with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to meet production goals. They drive continuous improvement projects for safety, quality, and manufacturing process improvements.
Essential Functions:
+ Work in a cleanroom environment assembling the high-quality product as scheduled.
+ Be a point of contact for Tube Assembly assemblers knowing all the intricacies of Tube Assembly operations.
+ Create work orders for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
+ Create purchase requisitions for department supplies and spare parts as needed.
+ Conduct quality control checks and inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
+ Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
+ Update work instruction documentation to include adding photos, updating procedural instructions, and fail code descriptions as needed.
+ Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve processes, resolve issues, and eliminate waste.
+ Assist with training new employees on processes and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
+ Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 0-3 years prior experience.
