**HTASC Financial Analyst - Job Description**
The HTASC Program Management Office’s (PMO) Financial Analyst is responsible for creating and analyzing complex financial metrics directly supervised by the Program Manager. Work proactively alone and with other team members to ensure the accuracy and proper format of financial products for submittal. The candidate should be prepared to learn about all areas of the HTASC program to ensure he/she can identify financial metrics to report to the PM. The candidate will be required to understand the flow of costs through the system. Adherence to specific deadlines is a must, and data accuracy is essential. The candidate should be familiar with the burdens applied to costs and forecasting and be able to identify errors. The candidate should also understand the Cost Plus, Fixed Fee contract.
Must be an independent self-starter, highly detailed, and deadline-orientated. Must understand the Program Manager's requirements and interpret the criteria into Amentum financial systems and products. Establish working relationships with all levels of management, subcontractors, vendors, and employees. Must be able to organize and structure duties to ensure completion of all internal and external customer requirements and prepare reports for monthly program management reviews. Extraordinarily flexible and takes on responsibility, accountability, and initiative.

**HTASC Financial Analyst - Qualifications**
+ Active or able to obtain a secret or higher security clearance.
+ BA or BS in Accounting/ Finance or other business-appropriate disciplines from an accredited college or university.
+ 6-10 years experience in Accounting/Finance, preferably in government contracting.
+ Experience in Billing Processes, Forecasting, Contract Financial Reviews, and Budgeting.
+ Knowledge of general accounting principles and finance.
+ Experience using Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Willingness to train and pursue job-related certifications.
+ Ability to perform multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines.
+ Motivation to learn the role to enhance personal performance and be able to prioritize duties.
**Essential Functions**
**Work Environment:**
General Office environment. The work environment is fast-paced and sometimes involves extreme deadline pressures. The nature of the work requires a high degree of teamwork and cooperation with the Program Manager, other staff members, individuals across the Company, and Customers.

U.S. Citizenship and Secret Security Clearance required. Must demonstrate professional behavior at all times when dealing with customers, management and co-workers. Must have clear, concise and accurate communications skills in English, both verbal and written. Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk to employees or others. Must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a professional manner. Travel to and from customer’s locations and the work sites may be required to support projects. This may involve airline travel. In some cases, accommodations can possibly be made for POV, if necessary. When operating any vehicle for work purposes, must wear seat belt and in addition, no cellular devices are to be used when vehicle is in motion y, included but not limited to: bending, reaching, turning and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distances may be required.
**Equipment and Machines:**
General Office equipment including PC/Laptop, Fax, Copiers, Shredder, Printers, Telephone and other miscellaneous office equipment.
**Attendance:**
In-office attendance is critical at all times. The employee must be able to work a 40-hour workweek, normally Monday through Friday. However, times and days may vary depending on business requirements. The employee needs to be available to work overtime during critical peaks and meet last-minute requests for overtime should the situation occur.
