**Responsibilities**

As a Clinical Nurse III Per Diem, you will play a critical role in delivering comprehensive patient care to a designated group of patients, using the nursing process to assess, plan, and evaluate care. In this role, you will coordinate with other healthcare team members to ensure services align with hospital policies and procedures.

You may also step into a charge nurse capacity, leading and supervising nursing care within a specific unit in collaboration with or in the absence of the Nurse Manager. This includes addressing and resolving nursing care challenges to maintain high-quality patient care in compliance with hospital standards and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Required**

+ Minimum of three (3) years of experience in acute care.

+ Five (5) years of experience in acute care may be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree with the three (3) years acute care experience requirement.

+ Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.

+ California Registered Nurse (RN) License.

+ Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

+ Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification.

**Preferred:**

+ Minimum of one (1) year and three (3) months of acute care nursing experience at this facility.

**Pay Range**

$75.11 - $75.11 /hour
