    The Customer Support (CS) organization is responsible for the installations, qualification, repair and maintenance of the ASML systems at customer sites and is responsible for the necessary transfer of know-how to the customer. Local site Customer Support branches perform these tasks for the customer within the specific region.

    Role and Responsibilities
    As a CS Technician, you will assemble, repair and execute periodic maintenance at our customer site based on a pre-existing action plans. If needed, you will execute basic troubleshooting following a predefined action plan (e.g. reset/power cycles) before escalating to the next level support.

    Responsibilities
    Works from instructions and handles exceptions within these instructions, needs to make careful choices from learned options in comparable situations.
    Checks with senior technician or manager on prioritization and planning.
    Works under limited supervision on progress and results of followed procedures.
    Participates in existing feedback loop processes and identifies some learning opportunities.
    Contributes to existing continuous improvement activities.

    Education and Experience
    Associates degree in relevant technical field such as mechanical, electronical or mechatronics, or applicable technical certification.
    Knowledge and ability to use basic hand tools.
    Previous experience in mechanical or electrical fields preferred.
    Experience in the semiconductor industry, a plus.

    **Duties and Responsibilities:**

    + Maintain and repair broken pipes, and clogged drains

    + Remove old plumbing fixtures to install new low flow fixtures.

    + Utilize hand tools in fitting of valves, couplings and components for tanks, pumps or other plumbing system

    + Dig trenches/install pipes and piping fixtures for water, irrigation, or sewage systems

    + Mount hangers and brackets on walls to provide support for pipes

    + Ensure compliance with building codes and set safety standards

    + Measure, cut, thread, and assemble pipes to required angles using measurement tools

    + Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and initiate repairs

    + Liaise with contractors , and other construction workers to ensure an effective plumbing system.

    **Qualifications:**

    + **High school diploma or GED certificate**

    + **General Plumbing knowledge required**

    + **Minimum of 3 years of professional plumbing experience either residential or commercial**

    + Completion of a vocational school certificate program, associate degree, or apprenticeship preferred

    + Able to read technical designs and blueprints

    + Proficient with plumbing tools, materials, and equipment

    + Drivers License

    **Physical Demands** :

    The Plumbers may spend long hours outside and in awkward positions which can cause physical discomfort and strain. The Plumber will be lifting and adjusting heavy objects, and will come in contact with sharp, hot and/or very cold supplies and equipment. The Plumber must maintain safety procedures at all times to avoid injury. Plumbers may also come in contact with potential poisons and gases that could cause injury or illness.

    + Constant (67-100%) standing and walking.

    + Frequent (34-66%), repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs over shoulder height.

    + Frequent (34-66%) moving of heavy equip.

    + Frequent (34-66%) bending, squatting and twisting.

    **Work Environment:**

    While performing the essential functions of this position, the plumber will be subject to both inside and outside environmental conditions including exposure to extreme cold, heat and humidity. Exposure to dusty, noisy jobsite conditions, fumes and some chemicals.

    + Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, repair and install dock and door equipment.
