Humana Healthy Horizons is seeking a Senior Implementation Business Project Manager to manage a specific defined business area (non-IT) within Humana. This role mainly focuses on the "Business" side of implementations with very limited scope in the IT implementation activities. This is NOT a traditional Project Manager role. Individuals with business process change management and project management are best suited for this role.

**Required Qualifications**

+ Must reside in the eastern or central standard time zones in the United States.

+ Bachelor's degree, or 5 years of relevant work experience.

+ 5+ years of formal Project Management experience working with large size initiatives.

+ 2+ years of experience in Change Management.

+ 3+ years working in a managed care healthcare system or health plan.

+ Experience working in Medicaid and/or Medicare.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ 3+ years of leadership experience in a matrixed environment.

+ Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies.

+ Experience in business operations or consulting services in a health plan.

+ Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

+ Experience working in Medicaid/Medicare implementation.

+ Prosci, Six Sigma, and/or Project Management Institute certifications.

Advanced-level professional engineer responsible for leading and supervising several professional engineers in the planning and execution of engineering projects dealing with product design/development initiatives.

**Northrop Grumman is seeking** a System Engineer. This position will be located at our Space Systems Sector in Dulles, VA or Gilbert, AZ.

The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Tactical Space System.

**Roles and Responsibilities –**

In this role, you perform duties contributing to general mission and/or space vehicle systems engineering activities. You could support and/or be responsible for developing requirements, design, integration, development or testing of air & space payloads, spacecraft buses, satellites, and manned or unmanned space systems.

Responsibilities may also include developing requirements, design, integration, development or testing of space payloads, spacecraft buses, satellites, human-rated spacecraft, and satellite servicing vehicles. This includes generating and flowing down customer requirements to hardware and software designers, developing innovative system architectures, implementing advanced algorithms involving sophisticated signal processing and data processing techniques, and integrating and testing finished hardware and software products. Tasks may also include harness interface design, mechanical systems support, Command& Telemetry database development, and space vehicle configuration modeling. You must be knowledgeable in aerospace systems, spacecraft subsystems design, or mission operations. Advanced modeling & analyses relating to mission and technical problems may be required in support of development or mission operations teams. Candidate may be called on to assist in new business activities, such as conceptual design and analysis for proposals and funded studies, and may include authoring sections for both.
