One of the largest eCommerce/tech companies based in Seattle, WA is hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist to support the Custom Product Team. Role will be 100% remote, but you must be open to supporting PST hours. Monday- Friday 8-5pm PST.

Description:

+ Seeking an enthusiastic independent individual to join the custom product team. Custom is a technical feature that allows merchants to create personalized and configurable products on the website.

+ Merchants enter customization information that displays in a widget to customers on the website.

+ The program is designed to increase selection and a unique shopping experience for our customers shopping on the website.

+ This role will focus on data quality to efficiently improve high-quality data for customizable products thereby increasing customer satisfaction.

+ This role will manage the day-to-day operations of the data quality program which involves responsibilities such as pulling reports reviewing selection and policy cataloging into groups sharing summary reports and maintaining communication with vendors and curating content for seller-side experiments.

Requirements:

+ Experience working with and pulling data

+ Strong communication skills – with internal stakeholders and internal parties

+ 2+ years of reporting experience – ability to capture trends, distill information out

+ Someone who is a self-starter, be given little info or ambiguous problem and find a way to create a process around it

+ Bachelors degree- STRONG plus

+ SQL- STRONG plus
