What will you be doing?

+ You will scan a QR code on an Item (for example a returned Vacuum). You will read the customer comments on what is wrong with the item and why they returned the item.

+ Then you will unbox the item to visually look for any flaws, plug it in to see if it works, verifying that the item listed in the computer is the same as the item you are working on.

+ Following the computers steps and prompts you will replace the broken parts as needed.

+ You will then Wipe it down / clean it up to get it ready for resale.

Cleaner Role:

+ Cleaning assets in soap, water and other cleaning chemicals as need. Getting the item ready for resale.

+ No computer work or assessing whether the item is functional or not.

Impact Fire Services is searching for an experienced Fire Sprinkler Technician to be located out of our Phoenix, Arizona location.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications used in installation activities

+ Complete required paperwork (timesheets, material records, etc.)

+ Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

+ Able to work outdoors, hot/cold weather in a fast-paced environment

**JOB REQUIREMENTS:**

+ Experience servicing fire sprinkler systems (commercial and residential)

+ Prefer a minimum of 4 years’ experience in Fire Sprinklers

+ Able to perform pre-action and deluge valve repairs

+ Able to perform fire pump repairs

+ Backflow certified

+ Experience using a pipe threader, groover and trade tools

+ NICET certifications a plus

+ Possess a valid driver’s license.

Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required. MVR checks are required for all driving positions.

**What you will do**

+ As an Associate Field Service Representative, you are responsible for supporting a service territory and for the repair and delivery of equipment

+ You will perform all required quality control checks and preventative maintenance, global hold repairs, and wireless upgrades

+ With great attention to detail, you will utilize computer software to complete documentation, order parts, reference training materials, and more

+ You will present the highest level of customer etiquette in support of the sales team, and promote increased equipment and service usage by establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

HVAC Service Tech for company that handles service work and site maintenance for national accounts.

• Responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Uses a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.

• Identifies, analyzes, diagnoses, and repairs systems and products at customer’s location.

• Performs preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as need or requested by customers.

• Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials and coordinating on-site work, as necessary.

• Inspects vehicles by checking vehicle condition and cleanliness

• Maintains vehicles by keeping records of service, scheduling, and complete repairs and maintenance service

• Maintains equipment by inspecting for signs of wear. Notifies customer and/or Operations Manager of findings.
