The Partner Incentives Program Manager develops and manages partner incentives to drive partner development and accelerate their Zoom practice. You will deliver incremental sales in alignment with the Zoom global channel strategy. This role is responsible for driving value exchange, ensuring every dollar invested has the highest possible return on investment. You will work with internal teams and partners to develop the profitability strategy and ensure alignment, support, and execution of that strategy into all programs.

Responsibilities

+ Working closely with finance to track and measure the ROI of partner investments, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders

+ Driving value exchange between Zoom and its partners, ensuring that investments result in mutual benefits and sustainable growth

+ Collaborating with cross-functional teams including finance, program managers, channel strategy leaders, operations, and partners to develop and implement profitability initiatives

+ Building individual incentive and profitability programs in alignment with profitability strategy including rebates, SPIFs, Funded Head, promotions, and more Analyzing partner investments and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement

+ Collaborating with designers to build customer, channel partner, and internal, program documents, business process and operations to execute programs Tracking and report on invested dollars and resources to ensure return on investment and Value Exchange

+ Ensuring that partner investments are competitive with other vendors in the industry, staying abreast of market trends and competitor activities

**Your Role**

Work closely with the Benefits Director to implement the Wellbeing strategy and manage a portfolio of employee wellbeing benefits and programs across countries.

+ Primary point of contact on Wellbeing programs, with responsibility for managing the day-to-day relationships including, but not limited to, vendor management, regular program review, support of complex employee inquiries, invoicing and tracking budget, partnering for system updates and enhancements, and compiling and analyzing data.

+ Develop and execute an ongoing communications plan to drive engagement. Keeping employee facing content fresh, draft and produce regular employee communications delivered through multiple channels and delivering scalable live sessions. Contribute to other benefit communications throughout the year; Maintain close partnership with the communications team.

+ Organize and drive regular Wellbeing Committee meetings, report on program metrics through a dashboard; Identify wellness champions from across the organization creating guidance and operating mechanisms to cascade initiatives and get employee feedback.

+ Ongoing Project management and implementation of any approved new programs or changes, including driving projects, engaging the key stakeholders, managing change, and partnering to create and document the administration processes and procedures.

+ Core team member for the annual U.S. open enrollment process with responsibility for driving certain open enrollment processes, including updates of wellbeing programs as needed.

+ Works closely with benefits consultants on assessing current programs, market trends, competitive practices, legislative changes that impact company programs, ensure compliance, and suggest recommended changes.

+ Supports other U.S. benefit programs and projects as needed.

**What You Will Bring**

+ At least 5 years of corporate employee benefit experience with at least 2 years focus on wellbeing programs within corporate benefits and building positive employee experiences.

+ BA/BS degree with emphasis in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources or a related field.

+ Exceptional verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate complex benefits concepts and ideas using simple and employee-friendly language.

+ Experience with the implementation, management, and administration of corporate wellbeing and benefit programs, and the proven ability drive successful outcomes for programs/projects.

+ Proven track record of building positive and lasting employee experiences, being self-directed, ability to prioritize work while handling multiple projects and deadlines.

+ Work in a collaborative style and environment; actively solicit input from diverse perspectives to improve team and department deliverables; practice a growth mindset to improve programs and the employee experience.

+ Experience in handling confidential information with discretion and according to policy and law; An understanding of laws applicable to wellbeing and benefits programs.

+ Knowledge of HRIS systems, an understanding of the Workday preferred; Strong technical skills and proficiency in MS and Google suite of programs; Experience with communication applications such as Poppulo a plus.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 112,080 and USD $ 224,160 per year.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

The Cloud Operations + Innovation Critical Environments Systems Intelligence team is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager, Industrial Controls Transformation to join our team!

The Datacenter Critical Environments Systems Intelligence team is responsible for transforming Microsoft’s global datacenter CE operations through deep telemetry, data analytics and integrative automation. Working in lock-step with Microsoft’s cloud service development and operations teams, CESI powers telemetry service management and IoT architectures that contemplate end to end Cloud availability and sustainability.

The Principal Technical Program Manager, Industrial Controls Transformation is a new and strategic role for Microsoft’s datacenter critical environment. This platform design and product management function will drive the digital transformation of industrial controls with first- and third-party solutions while showcasing Microsoft’s Azure, Internet of Things (IoT), and cybersecurity platforms.

This high visibility technical-leadership role will influence and advance Microsoft’s data center strategy while working collaboratively across teams and divisions to develop a technical roadmap that delivers transformational industrial IoT products and solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of x-organizational programs and services to define datacenter telemetry hardware/software platforms, application programming interfaces (APIs), cybersecurity foundations, and utility demand response integrations. **A Day in the Life**

As the Category Manager-Electronic Components, you will partner and lead several categories in electronic components, including major global distributors of high-end semiconductors, analog, digital, microcontrollers, transistors, and other discrete component categories. You will utilize your strong negotiation skills, technical aptitude, and relationship-building skills. As the Category Manager, you will understand global raw materials markets and possess technical aptitude on secondary processes to develop global strategies that leverage Medtronic’s global purchasing power and deliver cost-effective and innovative solutions to each operating unit within our network. In addition, you will focus on multiple tiers in their supplier’s supply chain to maximize leverage and awareness to ensure compliance and continuity.

You will:

+ Advocate on behalf of supply management function with business units and operational partners to ensure support for core business objectives

+ Negotiate contracts that provide year-over-year benefits in performance

+ Identify and develop business cases for a healthy year-over-year cost reduction pipeline with suppliers through lean, should costing, process improvement, tier 2 strategies, and yield improvements

+ Perform market analysis in identifying the best cost country sourcing of said category, provide guidance to technical sourcing and engineering with supplier innovations, and proactively develop forward buy agreements where appropriate
